We not only offer our customers custom-designed comfort systems, but we also stand behind the products that we sell with a pledge of reliability and performance on which you can rely on. Global Warming & Cooling, Inc. guarantees that the equipment we installed is covered under the manufacturer warranty and also our 1-year installation warranty as long as the system is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance performance requirements. Our Lemon Guarantees Warranty:

Our lemon guarantees are designed to protect you against major breakdowns from an operational failure from the 1-year installation date of installation.  What is included in your new HVAC installation system is a warranty that covers: 

Residential & Light Commercial labor Warranties: 
-Gas Furnace/Air Handler/Minisplit handler: If the heat exchanger or evaporator fails on your new furnace or air handler within (1) years of installation, we will replace the entire air handler system absolutely FREE. 
-Air Conditioner/Heat Pump/Minisplits: If the compressor or part fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within (1) year of installation, we will replace the compressor or part absolutely FREE.

-If Duct work fails within (1) year of installation we will repair or replaced the section that failed for Free.  

-All paperwork will go through Manufacturer warranty for processing.

 Repair Return policy: 

-No Return on Nonstock or special order products. 
-No Returns on a product that has been install and approved by the customer. 
-No Return on Previously installed products that failed. - Global Warming & Cooling, Inc will go through the Manufacturer Warranty to get the product replaced. Labor will be covered if still within 1 Year labor warranty.

Installation Policy 
-No Return on Nonstock or special order products. 
-No Return on Previously installed products. - Must go through Manufacturer Warranty 
-No Returns on a product that has been install and approved by the customer. 
-After Duct inspection is completed and before an Installation of a new HVAC system, if the customer decided to not replace ductwork and Hers testing fails, there will be an additional fee of $375.00 each visit to retest until pass. Also, change order will need to be done to repair ductwork or replace to pass city regulation and permits process.

Heavy Commercial and Refrigeration Labor Warranty: 
Data Centers, Retail Stores, Refrigeration systems have a 3-month labor warranty on labor after installed.

(Maintenance paperwork required by a service company to validate warranty and excludes refrigerant work).
